Once a Divorce Complaint is filed, the parties may have to appear before the Friend of the Court and/or a Mediation session. Allow Stephen A. Thomas, PLC to guide you through this legal process.

Bankruptcy Law
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
This is the most common form of bankruptcy in the United States. You may not only lose your property, but also your credit score, as Chapter 7 filing stays in your credit report for the next decade. Still, our law firm promises you won’t navigate it alone.
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you’ll come up with a plan to pay back your debt based on your regular wages. Creditors will receive these predetermined payments for anywhere from three to five years.
